Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to anticipate societal, economic, and technological disruptions
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation impact and future-readiness
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry partnerships
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of 2026 technology landscape (AGI, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects
