- Present compelling vision reports to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Drive the integration of foresight methodologies into product development processes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Studies, Business, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend forecasting
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
