Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic trends to forecast 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Produce executive-ready strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning our agency as a futurist authority
- Monitor horizon-scanning signals (AI, biotech, climate adaptation) and update strategic models quarterly
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-forecasting projects with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) adoption curves
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
