Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and cultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership through compelling visual narratives and data-driven reports
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and trend forecasting publications
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend analysis methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven trend forecasting platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Copenhagen Institute) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable business impact
