- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Produce trend intelligence reports with quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness maturity
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
