Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends across technology, economics, and social dynamics to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market scenarios
- Build and maintain a comprehensive ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and business strategies
- Author thought leadership content that positions Innovate Tomorrow as the definitive voice on emerging futures
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex, disparate data into coherent narratives
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership or recognized industry speaker on future trends
