- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight insights into innovation roadmaps
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness and strategic alignment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal trends
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
