Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate resilience) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-proof initiatives
- Produce executive briefings with data-driven foresight recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for emerging human-machine paradigms
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptability in volatile environments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with portfolio of 2020+ trend predictions
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and simulation tools
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., MF from University of Houston)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on long-term adaptation strategies
