Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.) to identify 2026-2030 strategic imperatives
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients facing exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a network of innovation leaders across industries
- Advolve on M&A opportunities and R&D investments in emerging domains
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in forespace or strategy journals
