Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Produce quarterly futurist reports identifying disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market needs
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge insights
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, board members, and industry forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent advanced training
