Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and social movements to identify 2026 disruptors
- Develop strategic roadmaps for organizations to adapt to future market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops with executive teams to build adaptive capabilities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports translating complex signals into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate AI-driven forecasting tools with human-centered foresight methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with proven impact on organizational strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices) and data visualization platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable outcomes
