Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly trend reports with quantitative impact assessments

- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis projects
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Futures Wheel, Delphi)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Advanced data visualization and storytelling skills
