Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging disruptions (AI ethics, quantum computing, neurotech) to business opportunities
- Author strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on future workforce transformations and societal impacts
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (autonomous systems, biometric interfaces, climate tech)
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and establish thought leadership through keynote presentations
- Design KPIs to track future-readiness metrics across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) or innovation management
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
