Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visioning
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in industry journals
- Quantify market potential and ROI for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in forespace or strategy publications
