Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-era technologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into roadmaps
- Present disruptive trend analyses to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications on technology convergence and societal impact
- Drive organizational adoption of agile futurism methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of commercializing future-facing technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., GBN, Shell Scenarios)
- Published work in top-tier innovation journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in data visualization and predictive modeling platforms
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
