Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology & Society Trend Reports
- Architect strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation KPIs and monitor emerging tech disruption vectors
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state business models
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year corporate future strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurist or business strategy publications
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFCS) preferred
