Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Lead innovation workshops to generate future-proof product concepts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype emerging technology applications
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author annual Future State Reports with actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior strategists in trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (strongly preferred)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight methodologies
