- Advocate for ethical innovation principles in high-stakes decision-making processes
- Measure and communicate ROI of future-focused initiatives through KPI dashboards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on future of work, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Track record of influencing organizational culture through future-ready initiatives
