- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technology disruptors and market inflection points
- Produce actionable strategic briefs for executive leadership on AI ethics, climate tech, and human-machine symbiosis
- Establish innovation KPIs and governance protocols for exponential technology adoption
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to accelerate R&D pipelines
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and influence product roadmaps and investment decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Published thought leadership on future trends in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience designing and implementing future-proof organizational structures
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
