Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 trend analysis reports across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Lead strategic workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-proof business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into actionable product roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term vision frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technology trends and systemic thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Scenario Planning (preferred)
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis tools
