Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps and innovation frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and product development
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate organizational foresight and scenario-planning capabilities
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations translating complex future scenarios into actionable business intelligence
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs to stay ahead of emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies that drive market transformation
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., CFIP, MFS) strongly preferred
