Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive presentations translating complex futures into actionable plans
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Champion ethical innovation principles while navigating emerging regulatory landscapes
- Drive organizational culture transformation through future-ready mindset training
- Represent the company at global forums on emerging technologies and societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Track record of publishing influential industry reports or white papers
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
