Responsibilities
- Develop predictive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 convergence of AI, quantum, and biotech
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into product development lifecycles
- Author white papers on societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor internal teams in strategic foresight methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorns
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
