Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for client organizations to adopt future-ready technology ecosystems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams on technological disruption scenarios
- Produce white papers and thought leadership content on technology futures and adoption strategies
- Partner with product teams to incubate innovation labs for next-gen solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of technology pioneers and academic researchers
- Advise C-suite on technology investment decisions and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Research or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTR, CFT) required
- Portfolio of published futurist research or strategic technology roadmaps
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
