Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create clear visualizations (Tableau/Power BI) to communicate findings to leadership
- Support Agile development cycles through sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Document processes and workflows using Visio and Lucidchart
- Assist in UAT testing and validation of system enhancements
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (2023-2024 graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data modeling)
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Internship or academic project experience preferred
