Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities using data modeling techniques
- Document detailed requirements through user stories, flowcharts, and wireframes
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Support UAT cycles and validate solution efficacy
- Maintain requirements traceability matrices throughout project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or AgilePM) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
