Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough research and interviews to gather detailed business requirements and document them effectively.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and recommend data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise, and accurate documentation including user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Extract insights from data to support decision-making and performance reporting.
- Testing Support: Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback loops with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a part-time or contract capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
