As a Senior Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business goals, ensuring our products not only meet market needs but exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy to stakeholders and the engineering team.
- Lead cross-functional teamsâincluding engineering, design, and marketingâto deliver high-quality features on time.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Represent the product voice in executive meetings and client presentations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in the technology or corporate sector.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products or features that drive user engagement and revenue growth.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- Experience with data analytics tools and SQL is a significant plus.
