Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to maintain project momentum
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize project velocity and quality
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables using industry-standard tools
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through regular status updates and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in technology environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and data-driven decision making
