Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate technical documentation and effective solution design.
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure system integrity and reporting accuracy during night operations.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and oversee the implementation of new business solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be legally authorized to work in the USA and available to work rotating night shifts.
