Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications for the development team.
- Conduct gap analysis to determine the gap between current processes and desired future states.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Develop user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams using Visio or similar tools.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding project status and issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
