Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder workshops to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Develop comprehensive process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions
- Create detailed wireframes and prototypes for UX/UI improvements
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process optimization strategies
- Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMP preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) a plus
