Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and document specifications
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and user stories

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in government or consulting
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (if applicable)
