Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and document analysis to define business needs and project scope.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, use cases, and user stories using industry-standard tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates on project progress and mitigating risks.
- Create and manage comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and test plans.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
