Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis for various projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Clinical) to define system requirements and functional specifications.
- Translate complex business processes into clear, concise documentation including use cases, user stories, and process maps.
- Analyze data trends and operational metrics to identify process gaps and recommend strategic improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during the system implementation and testing phases.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all requirements, changes, and project deliverables.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and sprint planning meetings during the night shift cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Healthcare or IT.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
