Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Assist in creating data models, flowcharts, and process diagrams using standard tools.
- Conduct preliminary data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project specifications and user stories.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members clearly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI) is a plus but not required.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly.
