Your Role
As an Entry Level Business Analyst, you will support our senior analysts in gathering requirements, modeling business processes, and communicating insights to stakeholders. You will act as a vital bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring our solutions drive real value.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, surveys, and workshops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Create and maintain process flowcharts, data models, and user stories using industry-standard tools.
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Participate in system testing and quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
- Prepare presentation materials and reports for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
- Willingness to learn SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
