Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and document analysis to understand business needs and objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Product Management.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.
- Create and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks or issues that may impact deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
