Responsibilities
- Analyze nightly operational data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Create detailed dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI for executive review
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during overnight hours to align on project objectives
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in nightly reporting systems
- Develop test cases and participate in UAT for new system implementations
- Document business processes using Visio and Lucidchart for team-wide clarity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Expertise in creating interactive data visualizations for executive audiences
- Proven experience documenting complex business processes in regulated industries
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in autonomous overnight work environments
