Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring strict adherence to organizational goals.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to stakeholders proactively to minimize impact.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Product, QA) to ensure seamless communication and high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics, driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and executives, providing regular status updates and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the software or technology industry.
- Professional certification (PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum Master) is strongly desired.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Asana.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
