Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to capture detailed business requirements and process flows.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Documentation: Create and maintain accurate functional specifications, user stories, and process diagrams (UML, Flowcharts).
- Collaboration: Partner with developers and QA teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
- Night Operations Support: Monitor system performance during off-peak hours and resolve data discrepancies.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
