Qualifications

- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
