Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Create detailed process maps, user stories, and wireframes using industry-standard tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Product Management, and Operations to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and deliverables, providing regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current state and desired future state.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
