Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and status reports
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and product teams for seamless execution
- Implement quality assurance processes and deliverable validation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/software development
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
