Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate complex needs into clear functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product managers, to define system requirements and user stories.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including use cases, flowcharts, and wireframes.
- Identify gaps between current business processes and desired future states to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project progress to leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting business process issues during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift schedule.
