- Requirement Gathering: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise reports and presentations using tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to communicate findings to management.
- Process Mapping: Participate in the creation of process maps and flowcharts to visualize business workflows.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to facilitate effective communication.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; however, internship or academic project experience is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
