Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Create and maintain process flowcharts and wireframes using Visio or similar tools.
- Support data analysis projects by interpreting data trends and preparing reports for management.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical business units.
- Conduct research on industry best practices to recommend process improvements.
- Update project documentation to reflect current project status and requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex processes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Learning Agility: A hunger to learn new tools and methodologies quickly.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to El Paso, TX.
