Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder engagement and communication strategy development to ensure alignment across departments
- Resource allocation and team leadership to optimize project performance and deliverables
- Risk mitigation and issue resolution using data-driven decision frameworks
- Budget management and financial oversight for project profitability
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies for rapid iteration and delivery
- Performance tracking through KPIs and reporting to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for executive audiences
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software delivery preferred
