Responsibilities
- Strategic Data Analysis: Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive corporate strategy and revenue growth.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and marketing, to understand business requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and propose and implement automated solutions to streamline workflows.
- Reporting: Produce comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that summarize findings and present recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar corporate role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis. Strong experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems through data.
