Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software initiatives
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups)
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across all levels
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation
- Track KPIs using Jira, Asana, and other PM tools
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Coach junior PMs and foster team collaboration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech
- PMP or CPM certification preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with enterprise software development
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or related field
